Firefighters from Kingsway, Nottingham Road and Ascot Drive are currently dealing with a serious flat fire on Lower Eley Street in Derby.
Crews were called to attend the incident at 18.45 hours.
Lower Eley Street will remain closed while emergency services deal with the incident.
