Firefighters are currently dealing with a fire at a multi-storey residential property on Bath Street, Derby.
Crews were called to attend the incident at 15.33 hours.
Five fire engines and an Aerial Ladder Platform are currently at the scene.
Bath Street will remain closed while emergency services deal with the incident. Please avoid the area.
