We still have a number of resources at Errwood Reservoir and firefighting continues.
We have two argo cats, a water carrier, a command unit and two fire appliances (one from Cheshire Fire and Rescue Service all others Derbyshire) all supported by firefighters damping down hotspots, and dealing with areas of the moorland that have reignited due to a change in wind conditions.
People out walking and enjoying the countryside are asked to keep away from the area while firefighting operations continue.
A huge thank you for the continued support being provided by our partners at Peak District National Park, United Utilities, Peak Park Rangers and local farmers/landowners.
Thanks also to our colleagues from Derby Mountain Rescue Team who over the last few days have provided us with some great drone footage that we have been able to share with you.
