Enterprise Way Fire - Update


A fire investigation into the cause of a fire at a commercial building on Enterprise Way, Derby remains ongoing.

Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service was called to attend the fire at 13.40 hours on Monday 22 April 2019 following several reports of an explosion and fire.  Local residents were advised to keep windows and doors closed whilst firefighters worked to extinguish the fire. 

Station Manager Lee Smith, who is carrying out the fire investigation said: “The investigation into the cause of the fire remains ongoing, however the fire is not thought to have been started deliberately.”
