Event booking request

Due to the current Coronavirus outbreak all requests for attendance at public events (including Fire Safety talks) have been suspended until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you are organising an event in your area and you would like Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service to attend then please complete the Event Request Form below. Please ensure that all required fields are completed prior to submission.

Fire Service attendance at public events

A minimum of 6 weeks is required for us to be able to consider your request.

Whilst we make every effort to attend and support local events, responding to 999 emergencies is our priority and therefore any planned attendance of fire appliances may be cancelled with little or no notice.
