Publication scheme

As part of its obligations under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Authority has produced a Publication Scheme. The Scheme is a guide to information that the Fire & Rescue Authority makes available to the public, it sets out what information is available, where you can find it and whether it is available free or subject to a charge.

Making a Freedom of Information request

If you would like to make a request for information under the Freedom of Information Act you can either:
