Annual Statements of Allowances
Authority members are able to claim various allowances in connection with carrying out their duties. They are provided with a basic allowance to cover the cost of most member duties, and can claim for travel and subsistence in line with the rules set out in the Members Allowances Scheme.
There is a legal obligation to publish an annual statement of the allowances paid to members during each financial year. These annual statements are listed below in reverse chronological order.
Annual Governance Statements
The annual governance statement is a statutory document which explains the processes and procedures in place to enable the Fire & Rescue Authority to govern Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Service effectively.
The statement is produced following a review of the authorities governance arrangements and includes an action plan to address any significant governance issues identified.
