Introduction

The Service is headed by the Chief Fire Officer and Chief Executive and the Strategic Leadership Team. Its work is split into three main areas - Community Safety, Response and the supporting portfolios of corporate services, executive support, human resources and legal services, learning and development and corporate financial services. Each of these areas is the responsibility of an Area Manager apart from corporate financial services which is the responsibility of the Director of Finance.
