Customer Satisfaction surveys produce positive results
After The Incident Satisfaction Survey and the Home Fire Safety Check Annual Customer Satisfaction results have produced excellent results for the Service.
After The Incident Satisfaction Survey - 100% Satisfaction
This report covers the period between the 1st of September 2011 and the 28th of February 2012. 100% of respondents were very satisfied with the Service they received during the Incident call. Over 90 per cent of the respondents agreed that their first contact with DFRS on the phone had been polite (90.6%), helpful (93.8%), efficient (93.5%), reassuring (90.3%), and informative (90%).
Home Fire Safety Check Annual Customer Satisfaction Survey - 97% Satisfaction
Overall satisfaction with the Service remains high at 97% with respondents saying that they felt the whole process was very good/good. 95% of people would recommend this service to others, 15% had already done so.
This illustrates that the communities who have used our services have a high level of appreciation and satisfaction for the work we deliver.
Derbyshire Fire & Rescue Authority recognises the good work being delivered across the Service and recognition should be given to personnel for maintaining such high standards and professionalism.
